Artist pick up features an artist, Daniel Crooks based in Melbourne, Australia. Crooks creates a beautiful composition of time by stretching and distorting digital images. Such manupilated images give us a different sense and question our perception of time.

Artist: Daniel Crooks(New Zealand)

Daniel CROOKS
Born in Hastings, New Zealand.1973. A graduate of Victorian College for the Arts and Auckland Institute of Technology, Crooks studies on motion control in Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology after graduating from Auckland Institute of Technology. He became an resident artist in the Netherlands, and in the UK ifrom 2004 to 2005. Not only in Australia, but his reputation grows with his works of art in Europe, America, and Asia.
